Rev. David Endriss – Pastor
On July 1, 2023 we welcomed Rev. David Endriss to our staff. Rev. Endriss comes to us after completing a nearly 23 year pastorate at Indianola’s Trinity United Presbyterian Church.
A graduate of Fuller Theological Seminary, Rev. Endriss served churches in Alaska and Minnesota prior to Indianola.
Rev. Endriss will serve us on a part-time basis, leading worship twice a month and having regular office hours each week (see the Office tab). Beginning in the Fall of 2023 he will lead an evening bible study. Check back in early September for more details.
We are excited to have Rev. Endriss join our ministry team.
Dalene D – Administrative Assistant
Dalene joined us as Administrative Assistant last year (2021). She has worked in churches in an administrative capacity for over 40 years and the work is one she enjoys immensely. Dalene is a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church in Des Moines. She lives in Indianola and has two children and four grandchildren. In her spare time she loves spending time with family, writing, flea markets, and antique malls.
Steve W – Custodian
Steve joined the Church staff in 1995 as our custodian. In addition to keeping the Church neat and tidy, he helps set up for special services such as weddings and funerals. Steve takes great pride in his work. His greatest satisfaction is walking out of the Church on Sunday afternoon, knowing it is ready for another week of activity.
Steve and his wife have two sons, Shane and Seth. A mini dachshund named Gus rounds out the family.
Steve is a true nature lover. He has several bird feeders in his yard and loves to watch the wide variety of birds attracted to them. Not only does he work hard to keep the Church neat and clean, he loves to spend time working around his house and yard.
